Your casaprize account settings panel lets you change your email, password, contact phone number, and notification preferences. You can disable push notifications for sportsbook events, live-dealer alerts, and game updates from the app or web settings. If you want to pause account activity temporarily, contact casaprize support and request a temporary restriction — we will review your request and restrict your account for a period you specify. To permanently close your account, you must request closure via support with all outstanding balances settled. casaprize does not delete accounts immediately; closed accounts remain in our records for compliance and dispute resolution for a minimum of three years.
No. casaprize policy strictly forbids multiple accounts per user. If we detect that you control more than one account (via matching email, phone, payment method, device, or ID), we will close all duplicate accounts immediately and forfeit any balances. This rule prevents fraud, money-laundering, and bonus abuse. A "user" is defined as one legal person; you cannot open accounts for friends, family members, or business associates using your details. Each person must register their own account with their own ID, email, and payment method.
Payments and Transactions
Depositing via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on casaprize is instant. Log in to your casaprize account, go to the Deposit section, and select your e-wallet provider. Enter your deposit amount and confirm. You are redirected to your e-wallet app (or login screen if you are using a browser), where you authenticate and authorize the payment. Once approved, the funds transfer to your casaprize balance within seconds, and you can immediately play live-dealer tables, sportsbook, or slot games. Each payment is tied to your registered account; you cannot transfer funds from another person's e-wallet. If the payment fails, your e-wallet balance is refunded within 24 hours — contact casaprize support if it does not appear.

casaprize offers a loyalty tier programme where active users accumulate points on every deposit, wager, or withdrawal they make. Points are tracked in your account dashboard and displayed alongside your current tier status. As you earn points, you progress through tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and higher), each unlocking benefits such as bonus offers, priority support, or exclusive game access. Tier progression is permanent within a calendar year; however, tiers reset on January 1st.
